In Class Four there is a focus on Local Geography and History. It has been absolutely wonderful to learn about the history of Morden Hall Park, to walk some of the Wandle Trail through three different parks and across two different boroughs. Here are some examples of the beautiful work the children have created so deeply connected with the setting they have engaged with for many years already.
A painting of the white bridge, wet on wet with white wax crayon
A hand drawn map of Morden Hall Park
Written work, some of which has been developed as a class and some of which has been independently written after hearing the story of the cottage.
